Every project starts with understanding people, their goals, needs, and challenges. I dive into research through interviews, surveys, and data to uncover real insights. This helps me design experiences that are meaningful, relevant, and inclusive from the start.

I bring teams together to align on goals and priorities. Using insights from research, I create personas, journey maps, and design principles that guide the project with clarity and purpose. This sets a strong foundation for user-focused, inclusive design.
